Mary Ann joined the Toni Everett Co. in April of 2005 and worked on the site at the Porto Bellagio in Sunny Isles Beach in north Miami on the east coast of Florida. She is a multimillion dollar producer. Carol has been active in the Tampa Bay Real Estate market since the sixties both in commercial and residential. Don and Carol are the parents of a grown daughter, Patrice, and the family dog Teddy (a red chowchow).

Born into the family business, Henderson Everett Lee officially joined The Toni Everett Co. in 1992. Her extensive experience in real estate brokerage ranges from small single family homes, to multi-million dollar properties and lavish penthouses. Henderson has also worked on various new construction projects and condominium conversions, both as a sales agent and as the sales manager.

Prior to joining The Toni Everett Company, Henderson graduated from Rollins College and worked in the retail fashion industry for over five years in sales, merchandising, buying and marketing. Her sales and marketing experience provided her with sharp client relationship skills and the ideal background to enter the real estate industry. Meanwhile, her buying and merchandising experience refined her eye for detail, and enabled her to help home buyers achieve exactly what they envision for their dream homes with ideas for décor, renovation or addition.

Paula has a great passion for the waterfront areas of Pinellas County to include Clearwater, Belleair, the communities of St. Petersburg and the Beaches. With over 14 years of experience in real estate and a heavy influence in working with custom home builders, her focus is the progression of these areas, while maintaining the historic appeal that makes it special. I was born and raised in Central Florida. After attending college in both Florida and Nevada, I received a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. My marriage took me to the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1982, after having two children, I began my real estate career selling luxury homes in exclusive Blackhawk Country Club. In addition to my work with buyers and sellers of these exclusive homes, I also obtained my certification in Residential Real Estate Appraising at the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.

I moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2003 and became a Sales Associate for The Toni Everett Company. I specialize in representing luxury home buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay Area. My years in real estate have led me to the philosophy that there are no "good" or "bad" markets in real estate. The only true markets are Buyers Markets and Sellers Markets.
