  Sales Associates:
Licensed real estate associates are independent contractors who sell general or commercial real estate.
  Development Sales Associates:
Licensed real estate associates who sell at a particular development site.
  Receptionist/Sales Coordinator:
Responsible for greeting all customers and agents that arrive at The Toni Everett Co., noting all visitors and acting as a liaison between the customer and the agent when needed. In addition, this position is responsible for the input of all listings as well as for all status changes and the compilation list of the current inventory with the status of each indicated on the list. This individual maintains an inventory of office supplies and submits a list of needed supplies on a weekly basis. Additional duties as needed.
  General Real Estate Office Assistant:
An active real estate licensee who possesses high-level word processing skills for typing contracts, reports, tact sheets, listings, comprables and closing materials. Showing property, open houses, receptionist duties and other general office clerical duties are descriptive of the team member needed in this fast paced environment.
 

Development Assistant:
An active real estate licensee who is accomplished in pricing and spread sheets and who types and processes contracts, addenda, closing summaries for development properties and makes sure that they are mailed or delivered to the parties of interest. Creates and maintains market summaries and statistical materials for all development sites. Supports all functions of development sites to include delivering of office supplies to sites, delivering and picking up contracts, and typing meeting agendas, site duty calendars, and memoranda concerning sites, making sure all sites are entered into MLX. Assist with marketing tasks related to sites such as brochure stuffing, updating model fact sheets, and preparing mailings.

 

Real Estate Office Assistant:
The duties of this position support both Development and General Real Estate sales and, thus, require that the individual be cross-trained on functions related to both Development and General sales. In addition, this position offers assistance that organizes the office as well as provides a support net for key office functions. Must be a licensed realtor.

 

Leasing and Property Management Manager:
Oversees and directs all facets of leasing from obtaining listings to marketing lease properties to prospective tenants. Also manages maintenance of the property, including rental collection. Prepares reporting to clients and all related paper work. Must be a licensed realtor.

 

Leasing and Property Management Assistant:
This position offers office support to the day-to-day administration of the leasing and property management division. Must be knowledgeable in leasing development and able to lead in the manager's absence. Must be sure all rents are paid on time and all the bills paid on time and costomer service is complete.
