Connie Culbertson born in Orlando, FL is a third-generation native Floridian. Her lifetime knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area plays an integral part in assisting her clients with all their Real Estate needs. She came to The Toni Everett Company in 2003 and has worked in all aspects of the company, from assisting in development sales, listing and selling residential properties, to leasing and management.
Connie helped develop and expand the property management division and currently is the Manager of the Department, as well as represents Buyers and Sellers of Residential Real Estate.
Family and family values are the utmost importance to Connie; and with her family local, she spends her free time hosting family gatherings and vacations. Her dedication, commitment and passion for her family are unparalleled.
Community support is also a passion of Connie’s; she supports the local Sport’s Teams and Performing Arts by attending events whenever possible. She is also a yearly contributor to Breast Cancer Awareness, along with other charitable organizations.
