Born and raised in South Tampa, Abby Frick brings deep-rooted local knowledge and a passion for her hometown to every real estate transaction. A proud graduate of Plant High School and the University of South Florida, Abby holds degrees in Communications and Economics, providing her with a strong foundation in both client relations and market insight.
With three years of industry experience, Abby began her career at Coastal Properties Group as part of a top-producing luxury team that closed over $61 million in total sales in 2023. Now a Real Estate Associate and Transaction Coordinator at The Toni Everett Company, she continues to deliver exceptional service, specializing in South Tampa’s neighborhoods and school districts.
Known for her keen eye for design and home staging, Abby helps clients present their properties at their absolute best. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process with care and professionalism.
Outside of work, Abby is an active member of the Junior League of Tampa and enjoys playing pickleball with friends. She’s here to be on your team on or off the court!
