Born into the family business, Henderson Everett Lee officially joined The Toni Everett Co. in 1992. Her extensive experience in real estate brokerage ranges from single-family homes to multi-million dollar properties and lavish waterfront penthouses. Henderson has also managed sales of new construction projects and condominium conversions, both as a sales agent and sales manager. Kenny Allen was born and raised in South Tampa, where he graduated from H.B. Plant High School and the University of Tampa with a degree in Marketing. A fifth-generation Floridian, Kenny’s family has been business owners and civic leaders in Tampa for over 100 years. Kenny’s great grandfather, Giuseppe Guagliardo, was the founder of Sunny Florida Dairy, which is one of Tampa’s oldest local enterprises and is still in business today. Born in Oklahoma, Dolly settled with her family as an infant in Tampa. She was raised in South Tampa and attended Mitchell Elementary School, Wilson Jr. High School and graduated from Plant High School. Dolly enrolled in East Tennessee State University graduating in 1967 with a B.S. degree. She taught in the local schools for 2 years and became interested in real estate. Dolly grew up in a family of home builders. Both her mother and father were licensed contractors, her mother holding the honor of being the first female licensed contractor in the State of Florida. Dolly slid easily into that vocation and eventually sold her parents' subdivisions as they came on the market. Her real estate license, obtained in 1972, became most valuable as she was exposed to the housing industry in construction and sales in the greater Tampa Bay area. In 1978, Dolly obtained her Broker's License. She started with the Toni Everett Company in 1995 and placed her broker/sales license with the company. Dolly is sales oriented and has a gift of being able to put buyers into the best homes for their needs and finding qualified candidates for sellers.

Connie Culbertson born in Orlando, FL is a third-generation native Floridian. Her lifetime knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area plays an integral part in assisting her clients with all their Real Estate needs. Shamyl Di Cristanziano was born in Caracas, Venezuela along with her twin sister before moving to Tampa, Florida with their mother in 1997. She attended Plant High School before graduating from the College of Business at the University of South Florida with a dual bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing. While attending USF, Shamyl started marketing, leasing, and managing student housing projects for her university, specializing in student relocations, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in Real Estate. Landing her first Real Estate opportunity with Cortland Realty Group in 2011, she started growing her residential real estate background before traveling nationwide to do on-site leasing for high-end condominiums.
