Allan Mezrah has worked with The Toni Everett Co for over 15 years. Allan is a 3rd generation Tampa native who knows the “inner circle” of South Tampa. His relationship and contacts are a tremendous asset to all of his clients. Allan is known for his professionalism and tenacity of getting deals done. He is also respected for putting his client’s needs first, and his extensive knowledge of the South Tampa Market. He specializes in residential sales to high net worth individuals who require anonymity and discretion at all times. Allan is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business Marketing and has an MBA from The University of Tampa.

G.J. has been a life-long resident of the Tampa Bay area and is proud to call this amazing city his home. Subsequent to working in Tampa’s non-profit sector, G.J. opened a real estate appraising firm, which introduced him to the robust Tampa area market. After six years of appraising, G.J. made a career decision to work for his family’s business where he dedicated a decade of service managing real estate investments along with internal and external customer services. With a combined total of over 20 years’ experience with Tampa’s market, G.J. made the decision to explore the real estate sales side of the business and combine his strengths – knowledge of customer service and real estate trends – thereby creating mutually beneficial relationships.

Eric was first licensed to sell real estate in 1988. Growing up in the state of New Jersey and a graduate from The University of South Florida with degrees in business and political science, Eric has made Tampa his home. Experienced in all aspects of real estate including residential, commercial and site sales, he sold over $80 million in just two years (2004 and 2005). Eric has sold pre-sale developments on the east and west coast of Florida.

Michelle Reyes was born and raised in Tampa, FL and is an alumni of The Academy of the Holy Names and University of South Florida where she graduated from the Muma College of Business with a BA in Finance and Marketing. Upon graduating, Michelle began her career in Real Estate with The Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker in Miami Beach, Florida. As the company’s Transaction Coordinator, she successfully managed a sales volume exceeding $250,000,000 in just two years. Michelle was excited to return to her hometown of Tampa, FL to continue her career with The Toni Everett Company. She joined the brokerage in 2019, as the company’s Development Coordinator and Social Media Director. She has implemented the latest digital marketing and social media strategies to market properties on a national and international level. In 2022, Michelle became a part The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa sales team and specializes in selling the landmark new development project on Bayshore Blvd.

Cynthia is a licensed broker who has been in the real estate industry and high-rise development for over 25 years in various capacities and with The Toni Everett Co. A valued member of our team, Cynthia is responsible for the fiscal activities of the company. She worked with Toni in Monte Carlo and Regency pre-sale developments. In addition, she has worked in property management and leasing and has experience in sales as well.
