Michelle Reyes was born and raised in Tampa, FL and is an alumni of The Academy of the Holy Names and University of South Florida where she graduated from the Muma College of Business with a BA in Finance and Marketing.
Upon graduating, Michelle began her career in Real Estate with The Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker in Miami Beach, Florida. During her time as a Showing Agent, she specialized in presenting exclusive luxury listings and estates. Shortly after, Michelle assumed The Jills Zeder Group’s Transaction Coordinator position where she successfully managed a sales volume exceeding $250,000,000 in just two years.
Michelle was excited to return to her hometown of Tampa, FL to continue her career with The Toni Everett Company. She now acts as the company’s Development Associate, Assistant Leasing Coordinator, Property Manager and Social Media Director.
Cynthia is a licensed broker who has been in the real estate industry and high-rise development for over 25 years in various capacities and with The Toni Everett Co. A valued member of our team, Cynthia is responsible for the fiscal activities of the company. She worked with Toni in Monte Carlo and Regency pre-sale developments. In addition, she has worked in property management and leasing and has experience in sales as well.
Dana has closed in excess of $125 million in real estate and lease transactions during his real estate career. These sale and lease contract closings have occurred in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, Sunny Isles Beach (Miami) and Washington DC. Dana has an extensive amount of experience in both purchase and sale transactions, lease transactions, real estate and lease contracts, site sales (development) and pre-construction.
Dana has worked in the real estate industry since 2002 as both an onsite sales executive and an independent general real estate agent. He specializes in development, pre-construction and the sale and resale of residential property. Dana has worked in both Tampa and Miami and has sold onsite at 345 Bayshore, Porto Bellagio (Miami) and Ventana (Channelside). Moreover, he has sold pre-construction on Clearwater Beach and regular general residential real estate primarily in South Tampa/Harbour Island, St. Petersburg and the Beaches.
Dana is a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University in 1986 and 1993, respectively with a BS in Business/Accounting and a MBA with a concentration in Accounting/Tax.
