Kenny Allen was born and raised in south Tampa, where he graduated from H B Plant High School and the University of Tampa with a degree in Marketing. A fifth generation Floridian, Kenny’s family has been business owners and civic leaders in Tampa for over 100 years. Kenny’s great grandfather, Giuseppe Guagliardo, was the founder of Sunny Florida Dairy, which is one of Tampa’s oldest local enterprises and is still in business today. A Realtor with The Toni Everett Company for 10 years, Kenny utilizes his extensive marketing background by successfully gaining the most exposure for his clients’ properties and securing the highest selling prices possible. When serving his client’s buying needs, Kenny goes the extra mile to find them exactly what they are looking for as well as negotiating a competitive price.
