Founder of The Toni Everett Company. Under her leadership, The Toni Everett Company specializes in one-of-a-kind multi-million dollar homes and developments of all kinds, particularly in high rise condominiums.

Kayleigh is a proud second-generation Floridian, born and raised in Tampa. A graduate of Cambridge Christian School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Mercer University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kayleigh followed in her grandmother’s footsteps by transitioning into the real estate industry and returning to her hometown. She joined The Toni Everett Company in 2021 as a Realtor Associate and Transaction Coordinator. Today, she serves as the Development Coordinator for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa, where she plays a key role in one of the region's premier luxury developments. She is an active member of the Junior League of Tampa.

Born and raised in South Tampa, Abby Frick brings deep-rooted local knowledge and a passion for her hometown to every real estate transaction. A proud graduate of Plant High School and the University of South Florida, Abby holds degrees in Communications and Economics, providing her with a strong foundation in both client relations and market insight. With three years of industry experience, Abby began her career at Coastal Properties Group as part of a top-producing luxury team that closed over $61 million in total sales in 2023. Now a Real Estate Associate and Transaction Coordinator at The Toni Everett Company, she continues to deliver exceptional service, specializing in South Tampa’s neighborhoods and school districts. Known for her keen eye for design and home staging, Abby helps clients present their properties at their absolute best. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process with care and professionalism. Outside of work, Abby is an active member of the Junior League of Tampa and enjoys playing pickleball with friends. She’s here to be on your team on or off the court!

Tim Gibbons has been a multi-million-dollar agent with The Toni Everett Company for over 20 years. A 4th generation South Tampa native he is highly respected for his integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and valued for maintaining a large network of business and social connections throughout the Tampa Bay area. Tim remains active in his community by volunteering and participating in numerous civic, professional, and charitable organizations. In addition to his residential real estate sales, Tim is experienced in securing private equity capital for real estate investment. His passion is waterfront properties from Tampa to Clearwater Beach to Boca Grande. His expertise is his knowledge of South Tampa.

Liz Guerra has made a career of helping others with a strong background in education and marketing. Liz worked educating at-risk children in the Tampa Hillsborough County Public School System and went on to pursue a career in marketing educational technology and later pharmaceuticals. After spending a few years at home with her children, Liz decided it was again time to begin helping others achieve their goals, this time in Real Estate. Liz, a Tampa native, knows everything about Tampa: from the back roads to the top places to get an education, to, of course, the best places to live. Whether buying or selling, Liz’s enthusiasm and knowledge of Tampa will prove to be beneficial to both sellers and the buyers. Her various club affiliations, business contacts and deep-rooted Tampa relationships provide great resources for all.
